Are all ages welcome at Elm Gardens Mobile Lodge?
Yes! Elm Gardens Mobile Lodge is a multi-generational community open to residents of all ages.

What are the income and credit score requirements?
Residents must have an income of at least 2.5 times the rent and a minimum credit score of 600 with no past evictions.

What types of leases do you offer?
All leases are month-to-month, offering maximum flexibility.

Do you allow pets?
Yes! Pets are welcome with a completed pet screening or an Emotional Support Animal certificate.

Are there laundry facilities on-site?
Yes, we have a shared laundry area that accepts both quarters and app payments. Some units also have in-home laundry hookups.

Do you offer additional storage for vehicles?
Yes, residents can rent extra spaces for vehicles in the storage lot.

Are utilities included in the rent?
Each unit has individual meters for electricity and gas. Water is a shared utility and is billed based on the number of occupants.

RV Storage FAQs

What security measures are in place for the RV storage lot?
The RV storage lot is fully fenced, secured with an electric gate, and monitored with a camera system and automatic lighting.

Do you have a dump station?
Yes! Our dump station is conveniently located inside the RV storage lot with no additional fee.

Is the RV storage lot paved?
No, it is made of hard compressed decomposed granite to provide a stable surface.

How do I access my stored RV?
Access is available 24/7 using a key fob assigned to each customer.

Can I work on my RV or wash it in the lot?
No, maintenance and washing are not permitted in the storage lot.

What are the lease terms for RV storage?
All contracts are month-to-month. A ten-day notice is required to cancel.

How do I make payments?
You can pay through our app, set up automatic payments, or drop off a check in our payment drop box. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If you prepay for six months, you’ll receive a 10% discount.
